Exhibitor Guidelines

Thank you for sponsoring and exhibiting at the upcoming Family Law Retreat to be held on 4 - 6 June at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Gold Coast. The below outlines important information about your exhibition booth and attendance at the Retreat. We look forward to seeing you on the Gold Coast!

Venue Information

71 Seaworld Dr, Main Beach QLD 4217. The exhibition will be held in the Ballroom Foyer on the lower level of the hotel.

Exhibition Opening Hours

Thursday 4 June 5:30pm – 7:30pm (Retreat Welcome Drinks, held Poolside at Sheraton Mirage)

Friday 5 June 8:00am – 4:00pm

Saturday 6 June 8:00am – 3:30pm & 3:30pm – 5:30pm (Post Retreat Drinks)


Delivery Information

Please click on the button below to download the delivery docket that must be attached to any deliveries made to the Sheraton. Deliveries will be accepted no earlier than Monday 1 June (3 business days out from the event). Please notify mika@icebergevents.com.au if planning on delivering items prior to the Retreat so each item can be tracked. Please note there is no forklift on site. Return freight must be booked directly with your courier of choice (with consignment note attached) upon the close of the retreat. Freight will be held for no longer than 3 days.

Booth Allocation and Size

We’ve updated the exhibition booth style for 2026 to deliver a cleaner, more open layout that makes the most of our new venue. Please see example of the booth design below. Our appointed stand contractor, Expo Event Services, will contact all exhibitors to advise on pricing for upgrading the back wall to a branded design.

Parking

Secure car parking is located beneath the hotel. Upon check-in provide your car registration to guarantee the below rates.

Parking rates below:

In-house guest $25 / per day

Valet parking: $50 / per day

Name Badge

For security purposes ALL exhibitor staff manning trade displays must be registered and wear an exhibitor name badge at all times while at the Retreat.

Bump-in, Bump-out and Operational Times

Exhibitor bump-in time: 1:00pm – 5:00pm, Thursday 4 June and 7:00am - 8:00am, Friday 5 June

Expo Event Services Onsite Exhibitor Services: 1:00pm - 3:00pm

Exhibition open: 8:00am Friday 5 June

Exhibition closed: 5:30pm, Saturday 5 June

Bump-out time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm, Saturday 5 June

Booth Inclusions

Each exhibitor booth includes the following: 

  • 1x LED 3 Bar Arm Light
  • 1 x single power outlet
  • 1 x clothed trestle table
  • 2 x chairs 

Exhibition Supplier Details

Expo Event Services have been appointed as the official supplier for the exhibition and look forward to meeting your booth equipment and furniture needs. Expo Event Services have already been in contact with all exhibitors.
